For administrative purposes, Kerala State is divided into
fourteen districts. Thiruvananthapuram , the capital
city is the centre for the State Ministry. People
of Kerala is Educationally and politically hundred
percent literate . Every five years there will
be elections for State Government and these elections
are conduting in a peaceful atmosphere. |

| Kerala Legislature Complex |
This is the new building where the Legislative Assembly of
Kerala meets. It is located at Palayam. With its
towering dome, exquisitely carved galleries, ornate
teak panelling and ceiling, the hall is a beautiful
blend of classical grandeur and modernity. |
